Returns/Exchanges
We want you to love our products as much as we do. However if for any reason, you are not happy, your order may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt. (14 days from when the item is delivered). You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for all returns/exchanges unless due to manufacturing defect or we made a shipping/fulfillment error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at info@shoppipsqueaks.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note a refund may take 3-5 business days to be reflected in your account.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Sale Items/Holiday Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards are final sale. Final sale items are ineligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Holiday Items may only be exchanged. A store credit will be issued if exchange is unavailable or unwanted.
CancelationsAny orders that do need to be canceled will have a 10% restocking fee applied. Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of being placed. Preorder items are not eligible for cancellation.
